Not only does it taste fantastic (try it yourself and see), it is full of good protein. The good thing about liquid supplements is you can have them at anytime of the day with very little preparation. In addition to being easy to drink is the fact that this little shake gives you 30 grams of protein to help with muscle development.

And, what’s more is that today, the health supplements you take contain everything that is good and essential for you without any of the stuff that isn’t. All the things that are bad for you in excess have been kept out, things like: salt, sugar, saturated fat and cholesterol.
