Never skip meals as if you do so then your metabolism will slower down. If you indulge yourself in missing meals, try to get it back as soon as possible. Never eliminate the meal you skipped. It will otherwise slow down your weight loss.
Another problem of skipping meals is that then you will feel much more hungry by the time you are about to have your next meal and your body will surely begin to crave fat and this can very easily slower down your metabolic system.

When you are indulged in skip meals, then you might also start eating much less than your body requires at the very next meal. A mechanism in present in our body, that tells us about when we have really had enough to take in or eat. This mechanism shuts down in order to combat starvation so that you can continue to store body fat and also overeat.
Do always keep in mind that the program of eating is for sure metabolic in nature, so you must not want to overload your system ever with a lot of food at any single meal. All the food that it cannot use will for sure get stored as fat in the end. You can also keep the levels of your blood sugar even by eating up after every 2-3 hours, so there is no signal given to your body to store the fats for sure. And thus you will never end up feeling hungry at all.
